PROJECT CONDITIONS POSITION Logistic and Customs Coordinator LOCATION Camp (20 km from Pointe-Noire) – WP5 LITCHENDJILI ONSHORE PLANT PROJECT START ASAP DURATION 12 Months renewable (Standard) ROTATION 90/21 WORKING DAYS/HOURS 10 hours per day / 6 days per week SALARY (MONTHLY) USD 3800 per month of work (also paid when on leave) OVERTIME included ACCOMMODATION Shared Accommodation provided by Company TRANSPORTATION Rotational flights provided by company (economy) INSURANCE D&D USD 100’000 LIFE INSURANCE USD 30’000 MEDICAL Worldwide Basic Medical Protection Mission ▪Manage and co-ordinate personnel on the base and supervise equipment scheduling and maintenance ▪Supervise adherence to deadlines, costs, quality and safety standards ▪Grant appropriate management of logistic/marine base to grant necessary support and assistance to vessel operating in the area ▪Ensure the correct application of the ISPS code for Port Facility Tasks ▪Manage personnel, asset and safety on the base ▪Compile expenditure budgets and control costs ▪Schedule Assets and Equipment overhauls/maintenance and co-ordinate their implementation ▪Assess the condition of Assets and Equipment and eliminate any that are obsolete ▪Manage the base warehouse and replenish stock in accordance with scheduled repairs ▪Supervise the correct operation of warehouse management information packages ▪Supervise the correct application of safety procedures and standards ▪Review the inventory of Patrimonial Assets on the base and handle technical and operational requests on the base ▪Supervise the correct storage and maintenance of assets in the base ▪Grant the management of marine/logistic base concerning the support to vessel operating in the area ▪Ensure the correct application of the ISPS Code for the Port Facility in line with contracting government requirement and in linewith international standards Please send the CVs on samiksha@hireindians.com before 21 September 2014.
