Job Description:	We have an opening for SENIOR WELL TESTING SPECIALIST – ABU DHABI Duration: Long Term Location: Abu Dhabi Closing Date: ASAP  Minimum Requirements [Knowledge Skills & Experience]: • Bachelor Degree in Petroleum or related Engineering/ science. • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in well test design & operation, H2S experience. • Good knowledge of English language • Good computer skills, knowledge of well test software specialist. • Ability to work in tight deadlines & under pressure.  Job Purpose: Provide expert advice & assistance on well testing issues. Provides technical leadership in the design & execution of safe, cost-effective well testing programs, data quality assurance systems, enhanced well testing interpretation models, innovative well testing studies & comprehensive data archiving programs. Support operations during well testing operations, analyzing test data & providing on site supervision as required.  Roles & Responsibilities: • Design & prepare procedures for well testing, well clean up, stimulation, etc. • Prepare scope of work & required technical support for all testing equipment & services contracts required. • Prepare & run well testing model using specialist softwares & tools. • Leads well testing operations & collect data for analysis. • Provide onsite supervision, support & advising as required during implementation of well test or clean up operations. • Prepare necessary documentation & presentations as required to obtain government approvals for well testing or well clean up operations. • Create comprehensive data archiving programs to provide reservoir character studies & necessary information. • Preparing reports for senior management developing active mentoring programs for junior engineers. • Conducing technical seminars acting as a task force leader to solve special problems in areas of expertise, leading & participating in internal project & technical reviews. • Originate ideas for improvements & develop a basis for required field testing & management review, analyse results & recommend new of changed procedures or processes.
