We have an opening for Mechanical QC Supervisor - Congo PROJECT CONDITIONS POSITION Mechanical QC Supervisor LOCATION Camp (20 km from Pointe-Noire) – WP5 LITCHENDJILI ONSHORE PLANT PROJECT START ASAP DURATION 12 Months ROTATION 90/21 WORKING DAYS/HOURS 10 hours per day / 6 days per week SALARY (MONTHLY) USD 4.000 per month of work (also paid when on leave) OVERTIME included ACCOMMODATION Shared Accommodation provided by Company TRANSPORTATION Rotational flights provided by company (economy) INSURANCE D&D USD 100’000 LIFE INSURANCE USD 30’000 MEDICAL Worldwide Basic Medical Protection Role Description Mission ▪ Ensure the supervision/coordination of the mechanical inspection and the implementation of the Quality Control Plans,relevant to mechanical activities Tasks ▪ Check the Quality Control Plans with reference to mechanical activities ▪ Be aware of dimensional procedure and qualification ▪ Check mechanical qualification ▪ Allocate Quality Control personnel for Mechanical works to the various areas of site activity ▪ Supervise and witness inspections, check reports and documentation issued by inspectors and collect the required Quality Records ▪ Ensure that inspection and controls are carried out in accordance with the Quality Control Plan and with applicable specifications and codes, obtains the relevant documentation ▪ Ensure that material and equipment are correctly received, stored, preserved and handled, identified and traceable ▪ Implement the inspection, control and test notification process (RFI) ▪ Check, insofar as within remit, the test packages provided for the final checks ▪ Check the availability and adequacy of equipment/instrumentation used for mechanical control ▪ Orderly collect and manage/check documents certifying test, controls and inspections documents, ensuring that all dimensional records are properly retrievable within the final As-Built dossier ▪ In case of subcontractor activities, ensure the correct implementation of the approved Quality Control Plan / Inspection Test Plan, witnessing inspection and collectioning relevant Quality Control Records ▪ Make site personnel aware of and trainee them on quality topics relevant to Mechanical works ▪ Ensure, whenever necessary, the update of site quality control plans / control procedures ▪ Ensure the preparation of the Quality Mechanical works dossier for In the meantime, if you have any friends or colleagues that might be interested in and available for this opportunity, please feel free to pass this information on to them Interested candicate please send us CV with diploma & along with following details at annu@hireindians.com
