Job Description:	Opening for HSE Training Coordinator Oman.Experience in delivering HSE training courses. Capability to prepare and conduct induction and HSE training courses Capability to identify training needs and to organize training programs Knowledge of electrical hazard (how electricity may cause injury, importance of inspection, testing maintenance, skills of people who can operate, control measures) Capability to carry out health promotion activities in line with the standard company protocols and programs. Capability to plan and perform health related campaigns, trainings and health education based on health risk in different geographical areas and working environments Knowledge of local HSE legislation and main technical rules with focus especially on safety issues Knowledge of main important international standards on HSE management system (e.g. ISO 14001 OHSAS 18001). Knowledge of company management system Initiatives on new HSE objectives Knowledge of hazard and risks related to lifting operations (mandatory periodical control, lifting plan, etc.) Knowledge of main techniques and methodologies for hazards identification, occupational risk assessment and evaluation (e.g. Risk assessment, likelihood and Severity evaluation, JSA). Knowledge of related control measures including the hierarchy of controls Knowledge of safety cases and safety critical elements (including Management of Change and SIMOPS) Capability to organise training activities identifying and providing theoretical and practical schedules. Capability to follow up of training activities ensuring the achievements of foreseen targets Knowledge of methodologies and tools for the design, planning, delivery and evaluation of training activities, including distance learning techniques Knowledge of working at height hazard (best practice, work equipment, safety measures) ‘Train the Trainer’ certificate/experience Duration 12 Months (renewable) Rotation 120/16 Working days/hours 10 hours a day 6 days a week Salary 3,800USD Monthly Interested candidates rush your CV at iitr_engg@hireindians.com or call 9919060607.
